Born and raised in the vibrant community of Greater Shepparton. After graduating from Notre Dame College in 2020, Tay embarked on a path that would shape both his personal and professional life. In 2022, he took a huge step by purchasing his first property, a milestone that sparked his passion for real estate and inspired him to help others achieve similar success.

Tay’s journey has been defined by his dedication to growth, learning, and building meaningful connections. From 2013 to 2020, he played soccer for Shepparton South and GV Suns, where his commitment to teamwork and perseverance helped him develop strong relationships and an invaluable network of people in his local community. These years on the field taught him the importance of discipline, communication, and setting goals—all of which continue to guide him in his career today.

With a solid foundation in relationship-building and a drive to help others, Tay is excited to be a part of the real estate industry.
